Petffection Return & Exchange Policy
At Petffection, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the core of our commitment. We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return and exchange process for all our customers.
1. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@petffection.in. Timely reporting ensures prompt resolution.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be in its original condition, exactly as received.

Tags must be intact and unbroken.

The product must be unused, clean, and free from pet hair.
3. Refund & Store Credit

If a correctly delivered product is returned, a restocking fee of ₹100 and a handling charge of ₹50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the customer opts for store credit instead of a refund, only the handling fee of ₹50 will be deducted—no restocking fee applies.

All refunds are subject to a quality inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be processed within 8 to 10 business days after the product has passed inspection.
4. Exchange Policy

A handling fee of ₹50 will be applied for all exchanges.

Exchanges are also contingent upon the product meeting the eligibility criteria stated above.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage upon delivery:

Treats

6. Uniform Policy Application
This policy is applied consistently to all customers to maintain fairness and uphold our standards. No exceptions will be made, as every Petffection customer is valued equally.
